We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of service we received from start to finish. The initial quote was thorough and was put together with recommended products which were were able to swap. Dave put a lot of effort into helping us come up with our final layouts which we love and guided us in all our decision-making. Dave seamlessly coordinated the whole process including contracts, insurance, ordering, delivery, waste removal, tilers, carpenters, tilers and waterproofing. We recently had our old bathroom re done by Dave and Black Dog Plumbing. I was a bit apprehensive as we wanted something a bit different, ie, keeping some of the interesting 1960s elements of the bathroom intact and renovating in a sympathetic style to the era. We already knew that Dave’s work was excellent, having had a partial reno to another area earlier in the year. I have to say that Dave was extremely open to our ideas as well as giving great advice regarding the fine details.
