When I first made contact, Dave was quick with a response and didn’t immediately dismiss me, he was very thorough with asking questions so when it came down to the smaller details, Dave already knew what we wanted.Dave ensured we were kept updated throughout the entire process and happy to answer any of our questions.The finished product is absolutely amazing. The attention to detail and quality of their work is fantastic and shows they truly care about providing the best finished product. Dave and his team renovated our bathroom, laundry and toilet. We appreciated: The clear and precise quote (that was honoured to the letter), excellent communication throughout the project, Dave’s responsiveness to new ideas and flexiblity on changes, the workers (Cameron, Dave2, apprentice, Luke) were polite and friendly, and there was a thorough cleanup when done. We’re very happy with the outcome – we love the new bathroom and toilet – and overall, it was a pleasure to have them do the work.

A neighbour recommended Dave to me when I talked about doing our bathroom renovation myself. After looking at his new bathroom, I contacted Dave and discussed the renovation with him. He gave me a quotation and convinced me that he could do the work within our timeframe and at a reasonable price. And he was true to his word. The new bathroom was finished within the agreed timeframe and quotation and is better than we had envisaged. Dave and his crew are very good at what they do and I can honestly recommend him to anyone wanting to renovate their bathroom.

Dave and the team were outstanding on our recent bathroom and toilet renovation. From the first meeting where Dave provided multiple options on our preferred bathroom layout, to the patience he showed with my unceasing questions regarding the renovation process, the entire experience was positive and rewarding. I spent a lot of time researching potential companies to renovate our laundry and bathroom and finally found the right company; Black Dog Plumbing. Not only did they do everything I asked, but the result was better than I could have ever imagined. We had a complete renovation of our bathroom, ensuite and laundry completed by Dave and his team from Black Dog Plumbing. We were impressed with the professionalism and quality of service we received from start to finish. The initial quote was thorough and was put together with recommended products which were were able to swap. Dave put a lot of effort into helping us come up with our final layouts which we love and guided us in all our decision-making. Dave seamlessly coordinated the whole process including contracts, insurance, ordering, delivery, waste removal, tilers, carpenters, tilers and waterproofing. We are thrilled with the final product which was completed on-time and without unforeseen costs.

We recently had our old bathroom re done by Dave and Black Dog Plumbing. I was a bit apprehensive as we wanted something a bit different, ie, keeping some of the interesting 1960s elements of the bathroom intact and renovating in a sympathetic style to the era. We already knew that Dave’s work was excellent, having had a partial reno to another area earlier in the year. I have to say that Dave was extremely open to our ideas as well as giving great advice regarding the fine details. All the work was completed in a professional and timely manner and Dave is very easy to communicate with. We recommend BDP and love our blue mid century looking bathroom! Helen and Rob

Due to recent kitchen and laundry renovations, I required a local licensed plumber to install plumbing for second toilet in laundry, dishwasher & sink plumbing & installation, as well as install chimney & ducting for range-hood in our new kitchen.David quickly returned my call, and arrived to quote for job, then arranged a day to commence work.Work was completed on time, and to a high standard, very friendly and professional.I Have no hesitation in recommending David from Black Dog Plumbing, and will be engaging his services again in the near future.

Highly recommend Dave at Black Dog Plumbing! We woke up with no hot water and with 2 kids it was not ideal. He was prompt and friendly – he gave the cost upfront so there were no hidden charges. Before I knew it, the repair was done. Too easy!
